Christopher B. Norris

Christopher B. "Toby" Norris graduated with honors and received a Bachelor of Arts in History from the Florida State University in May of 2000. He was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society. Toby attended FSU College of Law and received his Juris Doctor degree in May of 2003. He joined Bajoczky & Fournier in 2004 and was named a partner in 2009.

Mr. Norris has tried dozens of criminal jury trials to verdict. He has represented accused persons across the State of Florida, in Federal Court and before the First District Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Florida Academy of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Norris represents clients in marital and child custody disputes, with issues ranging from basic child support calculations to appeals of complex marital estates.
