Patricia B. Fournier

Patricia B. Fournier is the managing partner at Bajoczky, Fournier and Norris. Ms Fournier graduated from the University of Miami in Miami, Florida, with a Bachelor of Arts and Science in August of 1966. In 1972, she completed her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law, was admitted to the Florida Bar, and began her legal career as one half of the law firm of Fournier & Fournier, in Miami Shores, Florida.

Upon relocating to the Tallahassee area, Ms. Fournier began her practice in Tallahassee, Florida in February of 1984 and became one of the founding partners of Bajoczky & Fournier, P.A. in May of 1990.

Ms. Fournier exclusively practices in the area of family law, in all of its facets. Ms. Fournier has been a Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator since 1992 and has served as a Parental Coordinator for the past six years.

Ms. Fournier is a member of the Florida Bar Association; the Tallahassee Bar Association; the unofficial head of the unofficial Family Lawyers group in Tallahassee Florida, meeting monthly for lunch to discuss family law issues; a founding member of the Jefferson County Bar Association; and past President of the Family Law Section of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. Ms. Fournier also served on the first Committee on Child Support Guidelines for Leon County.

Ms. Fournier has tried hundreds of cases in Family Law.
